OUR CHEF

Sofía runs the kitchen at The Lot with skill and a quiet confidence. Every dish passes through her hands, guided by her judgement and her understanding of the ingredients: she doesn’t overcomplicate things, nor does she embellish them beyond what’s necessary, but simply brings out their true essence.
