Presenting in a soulless hotel room takes something away. Not here. The Lot is a restaurant: a private room with character, our own kitchen for the catering and cocktails for the networking. What you show looks better in a place that isn't boring. Seated format for a day of talks, or a cocktail for networking and meetups where people move.

The most intimate room. Natural light and versatile furniture. For a work meeting or a small presentation.

Screen and projector included, a private room and sound. You bring your presentation and it works, with no fighting cables or relying on a technician who doesn't show up.
And for small meetings, the Jacobo Room (up to 10 people): discretion, a good table and zero distractions. From the committee of eight to the convention of ninety, it fits here.

Come and see it
We invite you over to see the space. You check out the rooms, have a drink and clear up any questions in person.
We take care of it
Setup, kitchen, service, AV, everything. All you have to do is show up.
